The Freestyle programme — additional exercises
With Freestyle selected, you can include additional exercises in your training session: the Front Pull (hold the unit in front of your chest and slowly pull your arms apart), Overhead Pull (hold the unit above your head with your palms facing outwards, slowly pull your arms apart), Outward Rotator (hold the unit in front of your waist and, with your elbows in by your sides, pull your hands apart) and Inward Rotator (hold the unit in front of your waist and, with your elbows in by your sides, pull your hands apart).
