Dos and Don'ts

Do:

  • Read the product instructions before use.
  • Seek medical advice before starting an exercise programme if you are over 35 or have any medical problems.
  • Always warm up/warm down at the start/end of each session.
  • Use only the exercises recommended by the product guidelines.

Don’t:

  • Use FORTEX if you have a heart condition.
  • Hold your breath during an exercise.
  • Use sudden movements while exerting force.
  • Strain yourself beyond a controlled level of effort.
