Dos and Don'ts
Do:
- Read the product instructions before use.
- Seek medical advice before starting an exercise programme if you are over 35 or have any medical problems.
- Always warm up/warm down at the start/end of each session.
- Use only the exercises recommended by the product guidelines.
Don’t:
- Use FORTEX if you have a heart condition.
- Hold your breath during an exercise.
- Use sudden movements while exerting force.
- Strain yourself beyond a controlled level of effort.
