Personal Trainer assessment

To select Personal Trainer, use the Scroll button to select either programme 3-1: Muscle Strengthening or 3-2: Muscle Toning. FORTEX assesses your strength for each exercise. You can repeat each exercise several times until you are happy with your best score. Once the training session starts, your Target Score for each exercise is shown on the display.
