How Personal Trainer works
The Personal Trainer uses 4 core exercises and prompts you to complete either 10-12 repetitions (Muscle Strengthening) or 12-16 repetitions (Muscle Toning) of each exercise over 16 sessions. Your Exercise Demonstrator and Repetition Counter prompt you as you go. You'll hear a tune after you have completed an exercise session. (You can mute sound effects if you wish.)
